About TiVo Heaven

TiVo Heaven is the largest supplier of TiVo Upgrade Drives and CacheCards in the UK. 

Formed in 2004, we initially started out selling just 120gb TiVo upgrade drives. Since then we have expanded to selling drive upgrades from 160-800gb along with cachecards, turbonet cards, remotes and other TiVo items. 

We are still the only supplier in the UK offering advanced upgrade options such as Configurable Mode 0 Recording and Network Driver Installation for all our drives, and we were the first supplier to offer 800gb (990 hours) dual-400gb drive kits! We are also the only supplier offering the superb whisper-quiet Samsung HA250JC (250gb) media drive for TiVo upgrades. 

All our drives are fully tested (up to 2 hours for a 500gb drive) and we offer a full 2 year warranty on all drive upgrades, with free reconfiguration of a new drive if yours should fail within this period. In addition, if a drive fails outside of our warranty period but within the manufacturers' warranty, we will handle the RMA for you and reconfigure the replacement drive to the original specification for a modest fee. 

As a result of our policy of only supplying reliable, fully tested drives, we are happy to support all our drive upgrades with a full TWO YEAR WARRANTY.
